Seeking a Licensed Clinical Manager to function in a strategic leadership position that will manage the overall operations of our CareNow facility, ensuring a vision and strategy for future growth. The Clinic Manager also provides expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are seeking a great addition to the team who feels patient care is as important as we do. 

Duties include the following: 

• Directs, supervises and coaches front office and clinical staff daily. 
  

• Interviews, hires, and trains new staff. 
  

• Managing the flow of the clinic to insure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction. 
  

• Problem solving and addressing issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients. 
  

• Marketing the practice in the local community. 
  

• Responsible for carrying out all established policies. 
  

• Full Profit and Loss responsibility of the facility/physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting. 
  

• Identifies strategy for growth and executes plans to achieve growth goals. 
  

Qualifications 

EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred. 
  

CERTIFICATION: 

• Must be have a current clinical license. Examples include: RN, LPN, RMA/CMA, NCT, and/or ARRT.

EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum three to five years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor or similar.
  

• Experience managing at least 3 providers and 15 staff is required. 
  

• Proven track record in growing physician practice revenues and volumes. 
  

• Physician Practice marketing expertise with a variety of tactics to grow and develop business. 

Healthcare Call Center Associate

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service 

Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards 

Respond to complex customer calls 

Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
Benefit and Eligibility information 

Billing and Payment issues 

Customer material requests 

Physician assignments 

Authorization for treatment 

Explanation of Benefits (EOB) 

Accepts and directs all incoming calls into computerized PBX system, 80% answered in 5 rings or less 

Acts as physician's answering service for company 

Documents all pages according to department policy with 95% accuracy 

Dials pagers for SMA personnel as requested 

Connects personnel to caller as requested with 95% accuracy 

Correctly answers phone and gives information telephonically with 95% accuracy 

Performs overhead paging and announces emergency conditions with 100% accuracy 

Please note: This position requires an initial 40 hour a week work schedule from 1:30 - 10:00 pm on weekends, plus three workdays. However, you must also be able to have the flexibility to shift to other times and schedules as they are needed. 

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1 year of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties 

Available to work 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours of the site 

Prior stable work experience 

Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications 

Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone 

Able and willing to work a schedule of 1:30 - 10:00 pm on weekends and three weekdays 

Must be flexible to other work schedules as needed. 

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience 

Healthcare experience 

Call center experience 

Data entry experience 

Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product 

Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Medical Doctor Needed $1000+ per day

Columbia, SC

We are offering an exciting career opportunity in a quickly growing, highly competitive field in aesthetics. Our clinic in Columbia needs multiple MD/DO physicians to perform minimally evasive (level 1 procedures).

Providers will be performing treatments utilizing brand new, cutting-edge technology. All training regarding the technology and the procedure itself will be provided.

Excellent bedside manner is essential.

This part-time position has the potential to become full-time (and schedules are flexible and fixed). Compensation is incredibly generous ($1,500+ per day is a conservative estimate).
